The Institute's station above the sea: a circular platform with glass aquariums.

Abyssal Rescue Institute · Surface station

Someone is calling for help 4,000 meters down.

You pilot a submersible, dive to where the light gives out and bring home the animals that need you. Each one is a real species, with its own page in your field notebook.

Descend

01 · The call

Mayday.

The Institute has no heroes, only pilots. You start with a small submersible, a hold with three slots and just enough oxygen for a two-minute dive.

The rest depends on what you find down there.

  1. MAYDAY, MAYDAY, MAYDAY. Surface here. Ghost net adrift, sinking.

  2. There is something alive inside. Repeat: something alive.

  3. All available pilots, report to the deck. There is an orange submersible waiting.

02 · The descent

Go down. The air is running out.

  3. 3 Zone, air and hold
  1. Three zones, less light each time

Twilight Reef, Midnight Forest and Abyssal Trench. Each has its own species. The hull only holds to a certain depth, so to go deeper you have to upgrade it.

  2. Get close and rescue

With the sub next to the animal, press F and the tractor beam lifts it into the hold. If you run out of air, call for a tow and head back to the surface.

  3. Photo safari

Some animals are for looking at, not touching. You take the shot and the server scores it on rarity, distance and framing.

03 · Field notebook

Fifteen species. Every fact is real.

Every animal you rescue goes into the notebook with its scientific name and a fact that checks out. These are the pages, in the order you will run into them.

Variants that really exist

Albino
No pigment. It happens in nature, in fish, in turtles and even in crabs.
Melanistic
Too much melanin, almost black. The opposite of albinism.
Bioluminescent
Glows with its own light. Most deep-sea fauna does. It is the hardest variant to find.

A whale tangled in a ghost net on the seabed, surrounded by coral. Contact 01 Trapped whale · ghost net

04 · Colossal rescue

One whale, one net and every pilot on the server.

Every so often the alarm goes off. A whale is tangled in a ghost net and one pilot can't free it alone: the net has to be cut by everyone together. The more of you there are, the more cuts it takes.

Nobody competes and nobody steals. Anyone who helps, even once, gets the full reward and earns reputation. Extra help pays a little more.

A four-minute window opens every fifteen minutes, at the same time on every server.

05 · Your aquarium

You surface. What you rescued stays on display.

A cylindrical glass aquarium with a manta ray, an octopus, a turtle, a pufferfish and a jellyfish swimming over white sand.

Your specimens live in a glass cylinder at the station, with sand, rock and light from above. They produce Pearls, and Pearls upgrade the submersible.

Any pilot can stop by your aquarium and give it a round of applause. The owner gets Pearls and both of you gain reputation. You can do the same at theirs.

Between dives

  • Release

Specimens that don't fit in the aquarium can go back to the sea. They pay out Pearls and reputation, and reputation raises your Pearl bonus.

  • Contracts

Every day the Institute hands out three work orders, the same for everyone: rescue, photograph, release, return to base or help the whale.

  • Daily pass

Twenty-eight days, one signature a day, with exclusive submersibles on days 7, 14, 21 and 28. Miss a day and you lose nothing: the pass stays where you left it.

  • New expedition

Once your hull is maxed out you can start over. The submersible, slots and Pearls reset, you keep every specimen, and each expedition adds 25% more Pearls for good.

The Daily tab: a 28-day pass with a new submersible every week, shift gifts and contracts.
The Daily tab: one signature a day, a new submersible every week.

Twenty submersibles, and none gives an edge

Turtle, nautilus, kraken, privateer. Some you earn by filling the notebook, some by signing the pass, some with hours of diving and some with Robux. They only change how the sub looks: none dives deeper or rescues more.

06 · The sea report

The sea changes, and it warns you.

The sea's condition changes every six minutes. It is the same on every server, and the report tells you what comes next, so you can wait for a bioluminescent bloom to hunt for variants.

For families and guardians

No loot boxes
Nothing is bought at random. There are optional Robux purchases, and each one says what it gives before you pay.
No pressure
No fake countdowns and no penalty for staying away. The daily pass doesn't break if you miss a day.
No extra chat
The game doesn't add a chat of its own. It uses Roblox's, with its filters and parental controls.
Real science
The scientific names and the facts about each species are real.
